Coconut Curry with Roasted Chicken Inner fillet Chunks, sugar snaps and mint

Want to go on an Eastern adventure with chicken? Then this recipe is for you! Deliciously creamy with a refreshing touch.

1. Sauté the onion and garlic in oil.

2. Add the curry paste and sauté briefly.

3. Add the coconut milk and broth. Stir and add the sugar snaps and Roasted Inner Fillet Chunks.

4. Let the curry simmer gently for 5 minutes, taste, and season with salt and pepper if needed.

5. Meanwhile, cook the basmati rice according to the instructions on the packaging.

6. Serve the rice with the Chicken Curry. Garnish with red pepper, herbs and fried onions as desired.

Nacho's with Roasted Chicken Dices

Delicious for dinner or as a snack during a get-together. Spice it up and take a journey into Mexican cuisine with this recipe.

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

2. Spread the nachos in an oven dish. Sprinkle the Roasted Chicken Dices, cut red pepper, cut onion, corn and cheese over them.

3. Place in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted.

4. Meanwhile, mix the sour cream with the chili sauce. Remove the nachos from the oven, sprinkle with coriander and serve with the chili sauce and optional guacamole.

Poké Bowl with Roasted Chicken Slices

Want to enjoy a poké bowl, but not such a fan of fish? A poké bowl can also be fantastic with chicken! Delicious, healthy, and easy to make.

1. Divide the rice into 2 wide bowls.

2. Slice the avocados into thin slices.

3. Divide all the ingredients, except the chicken, into equal sections in both bowls of rice.

4. Heat the Roasted Chicken Slices according to the instructions on the packaging.

5. Place the Chicken Slices in the middle of the poké bowl. Mix mayonnaise with soy sauce and drizzle over the bowl. Finally, sprinkle with some sesame seeds and coriander.

Caesar Salad with Roasted Chicken Strips and a Boiled Egg

A true classic that shouldn’t be missed. Wonderful as a main course salad and delightfully refreshing on summer days.

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C.

2. Mix the bread cubes with 3 tbsp of cheese, olive oil and some pepper. Spread them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven until crispy, about 15 minutes.

3. Prepare the Roasted Chicken Strips according to the instructions on the packaging.

4. Mix the lettuce in a large bowl with olives, dressing and some pepper. Divide the salad between 2 deep plates and top with the croutons, chicken and eggs. Sprinkle with grated cheese and parsley.

5. Optionally, add some crunch and colour with sliced red onion and radishes.

Southern Fried Fillet with Cucumber and Potato Salad

Potatoes, meat and vegetables? Mix it up! Give your dish a surprising twist with our delicious Southern Fried Chicken Fillet. Keep it fresh with cucumber and a potato salad.

1. Cook the potatoes according to the instructions. Let them cool down afterward.

2. Prepare the Southern Fried Fillets according to the instructions on the packaging.

3. Make the potato salad. Cut the cooked potatoes into wedges. Mix them in a bowl with mayonnaise, herbs, pickles, salt and pepper.

4. Cut the cucumber into diagonal pieces and season with vinegar, salt and pepper.

5. Serve the warm chicken with BBQ sauce. Serve the cucumber and potato salad alongside.

Wrap with Southern Fried Goujons, Avocado and Jalapeño

Make a feast out of your meal with these delicious wraps. Perfect with these seasoned Southern Fried Goujons.

1. Puree the avocado and mix with lime juice and garlic. Season with pepper and salt.

2. Prepare the Southern Fried Goujons according to the instructions on the packaging.

3. Heat the wraps.

4. Spread the wraps with avocado and top with spinach, tomato, onion, jalapeño and the goujons.

5. Drizzle with sriracha to taste and sprinkle with coriander.

6. Fold the wrap and cut in half. Serve immediately with the remaining avocado and a lime wedge. Delicious with roasted corn on the cob.

Non-Classic Chicken club sandwich

Popular in restaurants or bistros during lunch hours, but now easily made at home with our Chicken Bites or Roasted Chicken Slices. We use our Buffalo Bites.

1. Prepare 4 to 5 Chicken Bites in the oven/airfryer as instructed on the packaging.

2. Grill 2 slices of bacon in a grill pan until crispy.

3. Slice your favourite veggies into thin strips/slices (e.g. lettuce, red onion, cucumber).

4. Lightly spread one slice of bread with (pesto) mayonnaise or another sauce of your choice and layer veggies, the bites and bacon on it.

5. Spread another slice of bread with sauce and place it (with the dry side up) on top.

Summer Couscous with Apricots and Chicken

Bring the summer to your plate with this simple couscous: the sweetness of apricot, the freshness of mint, and the hearty bite of Roosterz&Co.

1. Prepare your favourite flavour of Chicken Bites in the oven/airfryer as instructed on the packaging.

2. Prepare about 200g of couscous according to the instructions.

3. Meanwhile, make a dressing from the juice and grated zest of 1 lemon, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tbsp honey and a pinch of lemon or sea salt.

4. Mix the dressing with the couscous.

5. Add 12 soft dried apricots (sliced), 2 tbsp chopped pistachios, 2 tbsp sesame seeds, 4 tbsp fresh chopped mint leaves, 3 finely chopped spring onions, and finely chopped cucumber to the couscous mixture and stir.

6. Serve a portion of couscous on a plate for each person and top with several Chicken Bites.

7. Optionally, serve with a yogurt sauce, such as Greek yogurt mixed with fresh chopped mint leaves or with some mixed-in harissa.

Salad with apple and bites

Short on time between work and exercise? A good meal salad can be prepared quickly. Also great when you’re not in a hurry, of course.

1. Prepare your favourite flavour of Chicken Bites in the oven/airfryer as instructed on the packaging.

2. Briefly roast 50g of pine nuts in a skillet.

3. Mix 2 tbsp vinegar, 2 tsp mustard, 2 tbsp sunflower oil, 2 cloves of garlic (pressed), and a bit of sugar to make a sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4. Take an apple, remove the core, and cut into pieces. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

5. Cut half a cucumber into thick slices and then halve them. Also, cut about 100g of old cheese into small cubes.

6. Put about 300g of washed lettuce in a large bowl and mix with the sauce.

7. Add the apple pieces, cucumber and cheese.

8. Add the Chicken Bites. Toss once more.

9. Sprinkle the salad with the roasted pine nuts.
