Wrap with Coated Southern Fried Goujons, avocado and jalapeño

|Juice of ½ a lime|
|1||small clove of garlic, grated|
|1||ripe tomato in cubes|
|1||red onion, thinly sliced|
|½||jalapeño pepper, thinly sliced|
|Smoked sriracha sauce|
|Handful of coriander leaves|
|Ground salt and pepper|
Mash the avocado and mix with the lime juice and garlic. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Prepare the chicken as instructed on the package. Heat the wraps. Cover the wraps with some avocado and top with spinach, tomato, onion, jalapeño and chicken. Drizzle sriracha to taste and sprinkle some of the coriander on top. Fold the wrap and cut in half. Serve immediately together with the remaining avocado and a wedge of lime.
Serve with roasted corn on the cob.
