Poke bowl with roasted chicken slices

|½||red bell pepper in small cubes|

|a handful of fresh coriander leaves|
Split the rice over 2 wide bowls.
Thinly slice the avocado halves. Divide all ingredients but the chicken in equal parts among both bowls of rice.
Prepare the roasted chicken slices as instructed on the package. Divide the chicken slices in the middle of the poke bowl. Mix the mayonnaise and the soy sauce and drizzle over the salad. Finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and coriander leaves.
