Nachos con todo with roasted chicken dices

|½||red chili thinly sliced|
|1||red onion thinly sliced|
|150g||small can corn kernels drained|
|125g||small carton sour creme|
|4 tbsp||chili sauce|
Preheat the hot air oven to 180⁰C. Spread the nachos in a dish and put the chicken dices, red chili, red onion, corn and cheese on top. Put in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese has melted. In the meantime, mix the sour creme with the chili sauce. Take the nachos from the oven, sprinkle with coriander and serve the chili creme separately.
Serving tip: also try with guacamole.
