Caesar salad with roasted chicken strips and a boiled egg

|2||slices of stale bread sliced in cubes|

|5 tbsp||grated Parmesan|

|3||baby heads romaine lettuce, leaves separated, rinsed and dried|
|2 tbsp||taggiasca pitted olives|
|5 tbsp||caesar salad dressing|
|2||boiled eggs, wedged|
|1 tbsp||chopped parsley|
|Some thin slices of red onion|
Preheat the hot air oven to 175⁰C. Mix the bread cubes with 3 tbsp of cheese, olive oil and some pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet covered oven tray and bake till crisp for about 15 minutes.
Prepare the roasted chicken as instructed on the package.
Mix in a large bowl the lettuce, olives, dressing and a little pepper. Divide the lettuce among 2 deep plates and put the croutons, chicken and eggs on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese and parsley.
Add for a little bite and colour the red onion and radishes.
